I just wanted to say the hugest thanks for the catering on Friday night. The food was great and everyone really appreciated it. But the outstanding part was Yane and Maria. They were an absolute pleasure to have in the office. So incredibly professional and friendly and understanding and nothing was too much trouble. They understood they needed to look after our poor member services area that were still on the phones for end of financial year – they kept ensuring they had drinks and food. And when the CEO came in late and I tried to get him a beer, Yane made it all happen for me, wouldn’t let me lift a finger! It was just the best smiley happy service I’ve seen in forever. The biggest thanks and I wanted to let you know what a credit your staff are to you.
