Event Talent has engaged several industry experts who have expressed their concerns on casual staffing and the biggest statement has been - “The event industry just doesn’t have the right staff to deliver excellence.” This is a statement Event Talent will turn around.
We have a specific selection criteria which all staff must complete, giving us the opportunity to provide the right staff member for the right job. As an ongoing client you will be able to see the viability and relative experience of each staff member you request or we offer.
We are working with a Government-registered training college to provide certified hospitality education to our staff. This offers stability and continuous development which we believe is the key factor in producing consistent results. We also financially reward staff who remain loyal, giving you the opportunity to request the same staff qualified staff member for your event(s).
